Manufacturers have called for fundamental reform of the government’s climate change policy, which is threatening the competitiveness of UK companies.
Members of EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, criticised climate change policy as ‘chaotic, overcrowded and complicated’, saying it is failing to change behaviour.
