Cash injection for food research

The Food and Drink innovation Network (iNet) has invested £420,000 into research projects for the food manufacturing industry in the East Midlands.

The iNet is an “initiative co-ordinating specialist support [unit] for businesses, universities and individuals working in the food and drink sector” and is orchestrated by the regional science and industry council, East Midlands Innovation.
