The world of connected manufacturing has moved quickly in the last 18 months, partly as a result of COVID-19, and the desire for more automation in manufacturing operations. However, technology changes have also played a part in how we approach connected manufacturing to ensure that the implementation is not left in silos, and thus leaving the value of the project somewhat constrained.
