West Yorkshire based kitchen manufacturer Rixonway is launching an Engineers of the Future Academy through which it will train promising youngsters and introduce school children to manufacturing.
The £30m turnover company which employs 450 staff will use the academy to train apprentices and will also host school and college visits for aspiring engineers.
