Elite Pacific, a leading UK provider of air conditioning, refrigeration and related installation and maintenance services, has embarked on a new chapter with the successful completion of a management buy-out led by Director Kristian Sennett.
Founded in 1998 by Paul and Sue Coletta, the Wakefield-based firm has spent more than 25 years building a national reputation for high-quality service and technical expertise. From its base at Viaduct Works in West Yorkshire, Elite Pacific has become a trusted partner to clients across the UK, including major brands such as McDonald’s.
With the founders stepping down, ownership of the business has now passed to Kristian Sennett, who has played a central role in shaping the company’s recent growth and strategic direction. Having joined Elite Pacific several years ago, Kristian was appointed director in May 2022 and has since led efforts to strengthen customer relationships, broaden the company’s service offering, and invest in operational excellence.
The management buy-out, completed in June 2025, marks a significant milestone in the firm’s evolution. It ensures a seamless leadership transition and continuity of the company’s values and vision.
“This is an incredibly proud moment, not just for me personally but for the entire team,” said Kristian. “Paul and Sue have built an exceptional business with a reputation for quality, reliability and trust. I’m excited to build on that legacy and lead Elite Pacific into its next phase of growth.”
Under Kristian’s leadership, the business will continue to focus on delivering expert technical services to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients, while exploring opportunities for innovation and expansion within the HVACR sector.
The transaction was supported by external advisors, including Parsons Accountants and Blacks Solicitors, who provided financial and legal guidance respectively.
