Sheffield-based heavy engineering company DavyMarkham has been acquired by Indian engineering procurement and construction company, Hindustan Dorr Oliver.
As a subsidiary of IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects, Hindustan Dorr Oliver (HDO) is involved in engineered solutions, technologies and installations in liquid-solid separation applications.
