JLR sales shift up a gear

Jaguar Land Rover has announced a 39% increase in global sales in June 2012 compared to June 2011.

JLR, part of Indian-based Tata Motors Group, sold a total of 28,215 vehicles last month, a 39% increase on June last year. Jaguar sales alone were up 49% compared to June 2011 at 24,386 vehicles sold. However, Land Rover sales failed to follow suit and were down 5% at 3,839 vehicles sold. Cumulative sales of…
