Soft furnishings manufacturer Montgomery Tomlinson has been pulled into solvency following its acquisition by a2e Venture Catalysts that secured 200 jobs at its Chester site.
The manufacturer will come out of administration with immediate effect, confirmed Amin Amiri, the founder and funder of a2e. It was also confirmed that the new ownership intends to keep production at its Chester facility, securing jobs after employees had been made redundant following administration.
