A new device designed to detect the heartbeats has been used to rescue four men trapped under rubble following the recent earthquake in Nepal.
The search-and-rescue tool was developed in partnership by the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) and Nasa’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
