Market-leading healthcare catering company Tillery Valley Foods, a key supplier of prepared meals to the NHS, has been acquired by ambitious food manufacturer Joubere Food Group Ltd.

Founded in 1984, Tillery Valley Foods is one of the largest and best- known businesses in Abertillery, South Wales, where it employs more than 310 people at its five acre manufacturing site on the Cwmtillery Industrial Estate.
