Doughnut retailer Krispy Kreme has selected Heywood Distribution Park, north of Manchester, for its first specific manufacturing unit in the UK.

Established in 1937, Krispy Kreme opened its first UK store in Harrods, London, back in 2003. The move to Heywood Distribution Park is the latest stage of the company’s rapid expansion and the new facility will enable it to expand its presence across the North West.
