Somerset printing firm Butler and Tanner which closed in April is to be reopened under new ownership, with a third of jobs restored.
Publisher Felix Dennis has agreed to buy the company for £500,000 and will rename it Butler, Tanner and Dennis. Ninety of the former 300-strong workforce will be re-employed.
