Airedale Chemical Holdings Group has announced the acquisition of ingredients distribution business, Rigest to complement its portfolio of businesses.
The group comprises the West Yorkshire-based chemical manufacturer Airedale Chemical, and private label chemical manufacturer, Airedale Solutions – which supplies products to blue chip companies and supermarkets.
