RAF extends £100m BAE contract to support Typhoon fleet

The UK Ministry of Defence and BAE Systems have decided to continue the Typhoon Availability Service (TAS), a partnership that supports and maintains the RAF fleet of Typhoon aircraft for another 12 months until the end of 2014.

Philip Dunne MP, Minister for Defence Equipment, Support and Technology, said: “This is good news for the Royal Air Force and the Typhoon force.
