SPI lasers, a producer of fiber lasers intended for the manufacturing industry, has successfully acquired small, West Midlands laser counterpart JK Lasers in a multi-million pound deal.
SPI Lasers has completed the acquisition of JK Lasers based in Rugby at a cost of $31.5m (£21.3m).
