Siemens has announced the acquisition of a majority stake (85%) in Materials Solutions – a leading additive manufacturing processing and production firm based in Worcester.
According to the global engineering marque, the acquisition strengthens Siemens strategy for digitalisation in manufacturing, and additive manufacturing in particular.
