Borough Broth Company was created by founder Ros Heathcote in 2015 out of a love for slow, patient cooking with simple, organic ingredients.
Today, the company use only British bones, spring water, organic vegetables, and a few carefully selected seasonings to create its pouches of nutrient-rich, award-winning bone broths.
