I have a real passion for the people side of business. My strong belief is that without people, businesses would not be successful. However, the leadership and development of these people is of absolute importance. We can’t expect our people to grow without both good leadership and good development. Not everyone wants to progress within a company but EVERYONE should have the opportunity to develop.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Have no regrets. Treat people with respect. Make time for everyone.
What is your favourite engineered/manufactured product?
Toyota Corolla of course.
