Aston Martin unveils new carbon-fibre Vanquish Volante

The new Aston Martin Volante features carbon-fibre bodywork and a 6.0-litre V12 engine

Luxury car maker Aston Martin has unveiled the Vanquish Volante, a new £200,000 convertible which features a body made entirely from carbon fibre.

Powered by the same 565bhp AM11 6.0-litre V12 engine as the Aston’s V12 GT coupé, on which the car is based, the Vanquish Volante should reach 62mph in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 183mph.
