Chinese aviation company AVIC buys AIM Altitude

UK-based aerospace cabin outfitter AIM Altitude announced last month that it would be acquired by a Chinese company.

In a statement the company announced that a deal had been confirmed whereby it would be fully acquired by Chinese multinational aerospace firm AVIC Aerospace International Corporation. AVIC acquired AIM Altitude from its former owners, TowerBrook Capital Partners, for an unspecified sum of money. TowerBrook itself had only recent bought AIM Altitude from Air New Zealand…
