CIT Aerospace lodges fresh Airbus order

Airbus has secured an order from US-based aircraft leasing firm CIT Aerospace for five A330s.

The deal was announced today at the Farnborough International Airshow by Jeffrey Knittel, president of transportation finance at CIT and Fabrice Brégier, the new CEO of Airbus. The new agreement for five A330s adds to the five already agreed, bringing the total number of A330s ordered from CIT to 51, with the first deliveries scheduled…
