Clarity needed amid confusion over gender pay reporting

Britain’s manufacturers are calling for greater clarity on the regulations on gender pay reporting to tackle the confusion which currently surrounds their implementation, according to the EEF.

 Submitting its response to the Government Equalities Office (GEO) consultation which closes today, EEF believes there should be a single definition of an employee and a single definition of pay.
