East London-based recycling firm Closed Loop Recycling received £12m in financial backing from the government as part of a £100m fund for green investments, it was announced yesterday.
The firm, based in Dagenham, secured the financial backing in order to double its capacity, securing 100 jobs and becoming the first facility of its kind in the the world.
