Wrexham-based automotive manufacturer, Cobra Global, acquired precision engineering company Fourmasters this week and promised to invest over £250,000 in the company’s Wolverhampton site over the next two years.
Cobra Global is a recent winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Its recent acquisition of Fourmasters reflects its diversification strategy as the traditionally automotive focussed firm looks to diversify into aerospace markets.
