Against the backdrop of National Apprenticeship Week, global power technology leader Cummins Inc. is celebrating receiving the ‘Gold Standard Apprenticeship Kitemark’ for its Daventry site for the second year running, achieving Engineering Apprenticeships - Excellent Employer status.
Daventry is the home of Cummins’ UK Power Systems plant, with over 900 people employed at the site. The plant manufactures high horsepower engines from 38-78 litres, and generator sets that provide standby and prime power for a range of applications.
