One of the UK’s leading medical manufacturers has announced the appointment of a new key sales hire.
Brett Hughes has joined Derby-based Pennine Healthcare as their new Business Development Manager for Commercial Partnerships.
Brett brings over 30 years of industry experience, having spent the majority of his career at Vygon, where he most recently held the role of Business Development Head for Homecare and Veterinary. Prior to that, Brett played a key role in the company’s packs division, gaining extensive insight into strategic commercial development across multiple healthcare sectors.
In his new position at Pennine, Brett will focus on expanding Pennine’s commercial partnerships, with the onboarding of medical device customers looking for a new manufacturing and packaging provider.
Brett will work closely with Pennine’s wider sales and commercial teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and support the company’s broader vision of being a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices.
