Global engineering firm on the hunt for home-grown talent

Ella Middleton, aged 22 from Walsall, joined the firm last year as a semi-skilled sheet metal worker.

One of Europe’s leading specialist vehicle converters, MacNeillie is offering 16 young people the chance to enrol in one of its sought after apprenticeships.

Based in the West Midlands, MacNeillie has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is now looking to attract home-grown talent across the Midlands on the back of National Apprenticeship Week to support its future growth plans.
