HS2 faces parliamentary spotlight before green light goes on

A key moment in the future of Britain's high-speed rail network will be put under the spotlight today when the HS2 Hybrid report goes before parliament.

Those opposed to the £50 billion plans will have a chance to have their concerns heard by a committee of MPs.
