As the UK manufacturing sector beings to recover from a period of slow growth, manufacturing firms must take a more customer-centric view of their businesses, according to Advanced ConsultCRM (Advanced), a provider of business applications and services.
After solid domestic demand offset weaker orders from overseas markets, activity in the sector reached a four-month high in November 2014 , a survey has indicated.
