Infrastructure commission is a positive step, says EEF

The total cost of £38.5bn over five years is the biggest transport infrastructure package ever proposed in the UK.

Chief executive of EEF, Terry Scuoler has responded to today's speech by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne.
