Innomech secure role in £4.9m energy plan

UK automation company Innomech has been appointed to develop automated manufacturing equipment to assemble fuel cell stacks for AFC Energy’s £4.9 million EU backed Power Up programme.

The appointment is part of a €6.1 million (£4.9m) EU development grant that will enable AFC Energy and the Power Up consortium to develop and install commercial-scale energy generation plants using hydrogen as a fuel source.
