JCB to hire up to 350 to meet increased demand

Construction, demolition and agricultural equipment maker JCB is creating hundreds of jobs in order to respond to an increased number of orders worldwide.

The company is to hire up to 350 new agency workers (for roles ranging from welders to machinist, paint sprayers and assemblers) at its facilities in the UK, with most jobs available at the Rocester headquarters, at JCB Earthmovers in Cheadle and at JCB Heavy Products in Uttoxeter.
