New VP for GM North America manufacturing

General Motors has announced Cathy Clegg will take the reins as vice president of manufacturing for North America, Reuters reported on Monday.

Clegg, who has been with the firm over 30 years, will begin her duties from July 1. Clegg was the lead negotiator for the 2011 National Agreement between General Motors and the United Auto Workers.
