Norwegian firm aims to create plastic lasting 500 years

Norner, the Norwegian R & D and technological services specialist, is developing data protection via new plastic with a lifespan of up to 500 years.

The firm is utilising its knowledge of polymers and additives to protect high value data used by people and companies, with the goal of producing plastic material able to endure for half a century.
