Scottish ice-cream maker uses bespoke training course to upskill staff

Family-owned Scottish ice cream makers, Jannettas, have teamed up with Dundee & Angus College to create two specially tailored training courses for its staff.

In a first for the College’s Hospitality, Retail and Tourism department, the training provider has delivered a bespoke training course for an individual business. The course aims to inform Jannettas staff in the latest technologies and methods to enhance and advance the company’s product range, including semi-frozen desserts such as ice-cream gateaux, meringues and lolly pops.…
