Students from Parrs Wood High School in Manchester will visit the nearby United Biscuits McVitie’s factory for the fourth and final time on Thursday as part of the ‘See Inside Manufacturing’ (SIM) scheme.
The year 10 students last visited the factory on Friday June 29 and will visit once more this Thursday to meet employees to find out about their roles and the qualifications needed as well as witness how brands such as Jaffa Cakes and Penguins are made.
