The Manufacturer today announced SugarCRM, provider of the CRM platform that helps organisations engage with clarity, sell with consistency, and close with confidence, has signed on as the headline sponsor of The Manufacturer MX Awards (TMMX).
Celebrating manufacturing excellence and run in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), and with a combined heritage spanning half a century, the TMMX Awards honour the best in manufacturing in categories ranging from innovation and sustainability, skills, leadership and diversity, and equity and inclusion. The awards are open to participation to U.K. manufacturers of all sizes and from varying sectors.
Chief Revenue Officer, James Frampton, said: “As the headline sponsor of this year’s The Manufacturer MX Awards, SugarCRM is proud to recognise the best and brightest in the manufacturing industry. At a time when manufacturers are facing significant challenges and economic headwinds, innovation and execution are critical. We look forward to seeing how this year’s entrants showcase bold ideas and fresh thinking to shape the future of manufacturing.”
Members of the judging panel bring an extensive amount of industry expertise and knowledge and include organisations such as BMW Group and the Institute for Manufacturing, as well as judges from previous winning organisations, including Yunex Traffic and LISI Aerospace.
Grace Gilling, Managing Director of The Manufacturer, said: “With a stringent evaluation process grounded in peer-reviewed criteria, the selection ensures that each finalist is measured against the highest industry standards. The intense competition among the finalists highlights the extraordinary quality and innovation present across the breadth of UK manufacturing.”
The call for entries is open now and closes 30 June. The awards ceremony takes place Wednesday, 12 November, at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, and judging dates for submissions span throughout September, depending on category.
