Veolia helps New Yorkers recycle harmful household products

As part of its mission to ‘Resource the World, ’ waste management company, Veolia, will run 10 hazardous waste disposal events throughout the year in the New York area to help the city dispose of dangerous waste products responsibly.

The first NYC SAFE (Solvents, Automotive, Flammables and Electronics) Disposal event for 2015, administered by the New York City Department of Sanitation in conjunction with Veolia, took place on Saturday at Midland Beach Park in Staten Island.
