Wernick Buildings is relocating its manufacturing base to a £3m development at Kenfig Industrial Estate, near Port Talbot.
The modular and portable buildings’ manufacturer’s new factory is expected to be fully working by spring 2015. The new site, less than 15 miles from itscurrent factory, is hoped to improve output by upwards of 50%.
