Our September/October edition dropped just as our judging teams had completed their duties for this year’s MX Awards. We have a full list of the categories and finalists in this issue.
During September, BAE Systems pledged its support to Ukraine by supplying arms for its ongoing conflict with Russia. We paid a trip to BAE’s facility in Rochester, Kent, where the company
designs and produces commercial aircraft avionics for
Boeing and Airbus, head-up displays for military aircraft,
helmet mounted displays, such as Striker II, and the active
inceptors for the F-35 Lightning and Gulfstream. We also feature site visits to Nim’s Fruit Crisps, Schneider Electric RS Group and PHINIA. There’s also a feature on a Devon-based manufacturer of rugby equipment, Aramis Rugby.
