I’m driven by a deep curiosity about how things work – the more complex, the better. Manufacturing excites me because it turns ideas into real products that truly impact the world. I take pride in contributing to innovations that leave the world in a better place than I found it.
One of my career highlights is working on the introduction of transformative products like the Trent XWB engine, which made a real difference in aviation efficiency and sustainability. I’m also passionate about coaching people; seeing others grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding. Manufacturing, especially in the UK, inspires me because it combines cutting-edge technology with craftsmanship, shaping a better future for everyone.

Educational years are so important and do things that scare you.

The smartphone.
