I am driven by the challenge of solving problems and achieving results, whether big or small. My passion lies in transforming business processes and making work easier for everyone involved. Witnessing a team or department thrive after overcoming obstacles is incredibly rewarding. I ensure that any new implementations are effective and that the team actively shapes these systems.
Among my career highlights, I am proud to have achieved UL GCP certification for the business, a long-sought goal, and developed a non-conformance monitoring system that has significantly reduced losses and enabled critical investments. The dynamic nature of manufacturing and the opportunity to innovate drew me to this field. I am inspired by the potential to drive positive change and contribute to the growth of UK manufacturing.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t be afraid to ask the obvious question, usually others are thinking the same thing! You don’t learn by keeping quiet!
What is your favourite engineered/manufactured product?

If I wasn’t in manufacturing, I’d pursue my passion for cooking by opening a small café. I’d pay special attention to serving quality food with a frequently changing small menu to ensure top-notch quality!
