I’m a highly driven Operations Director, with a passion for improving businesses through process improvement and people development. I enjoying creating new ways of working with teams and implementing change. I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving and working in manufacturing is something that allows me to do what I enjoy and make a difference.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Visit as many factories as you can and learn from all the fantastic UK manufacturing businesses out there. Stay curious and always seek to understand before seeking to be understood.
What is your favourite engineered/manufactured product?
CoolKit Refrigerated Van conversions of course! I do think the smartphone has revolutionised the way we interact in my lifetime as well.
