Tell us a bit about yourself. This can include telling us what fires you up about the job you do, your professional achievements, your career highlights. What inspires you? What attracted you to pursue a career in manufacturing? Is there anything else you’d like to say about either your job or UK manufacturing?
I’m a passionate engineer with over a decade of experience in manufacturing, driven by a desire to improve processes and empower people. I thrive on leading cross-functional teams, developing insightful dashboards and enabling data-driven decision-making through compelling data storytelling. Career highlights include driving digital transformation at Plessey Semiconductors by optimising fab capacity, modelling throughput and implementing Power BI systems aligned with SEMI standards.
What inspires me is using data not just to inform, but to engage and align teams with strategic goals. I was drawn to manufacturing by its blend of innovation, precision and real-world impact. UK manufacturing’s resilience and forward momentum energise me, and I’m proud to contribute to its evolution through smarter systems and empowered people.
