A mechanical engineer for Tata Steel in Europe and based at the Port Talbot steelmaking site, has single-handedly built a fully-functioning steel hot mill model using Lego blocks. Scott Harwood’s model rolls cardboard instead of steel, but serves as a perfect demonstration of the principles and processes involved.
